Changelog
Before updating, make a backup of your files if you manually change any files. To update, upload the zipped copy of the new app and unzip it directly on your server. This action will replace files with new files. To confirm if it is updated, check the version number in Settings -> About under the Super Admin.

The documents module works like a cloud-based word processing program. It is a document containing text, tables, and other elements that can be formatted using various tools within the program. Spreadsheets
CloudOffice spreadsheet module is a cloud-based spreadsheet app that allows you to organize, analyze, and manipulate data in a tabular format.
A spreadsheet contains a grid of cells arranged in rows and columns. Each cell can have a number, text, or formula. Formulas can perform calculations using the data in other cells, allowing users to create complex models and perform data analysis.
You can use spreadsheets for a wide range of tasks, such as budgeting, financial forecasting, data analysis, and tracking of sales and expenses.
Calendar
CloudOffice includes an in-built calendar application. You can use the calendar to view events by day, week, or month.
Address Book
The address book module stores and organizes contact information, such as names, telephone numbers, email addresses, and other details.
Address books can be used for personal or professional purposes and to store and manage contact information for individuals or businesses.
You can also create an address book contact via API.
Digital Assets
Digital asset management (DAM) is organizing, storing, and retrieving digital assets such as images, videos, audio files, documents, and other types of digital content.
CloudOffice stores your digital assets as a centralized digital library, and you can access, share and reuse them with multiple users across your organization.
CloudOffice Digital Assets Management will help you to improve collaboration, streamline workflows, and increase productivity.
Images with Built-in Editor
The images module sorts all your images from your digital assets, then you can keep them as master images, and reuse them, edit them right from the app.
Quick Share
The Quick Share module helps you to share images, videos, zip files, and text snippets with the world. It generates a unique short URL to share. In addition, it includes an access log feature to track your shares’ opens.
